With over 30 years of experience, have successfully completed numerous projects ranging from facility modernizations to new constructions for various federal agencies and military bases.
Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of construction projects, particularly federal projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, including federal agencies and military bases, to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Resource Management:Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize operational efficiency and project success.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure project delivery.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing federal construction projects.

Performance Evaluation:Implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement.

Team Development: Mentor and develop the operations team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including project management, engineering, and finance, to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.

Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, systems, and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on federal projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects, preferably in the federal sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Indepth knowledge of federal regulations, codes, and standards applicable to construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
Pay:
$120, $170,169.00 per year
