Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks such as processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting procedures and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
