What you can look forward to:

Independent qualified real estate management of predominantly commercial properties as owner and tenant
Independent organization, processing and documentation of all technical and infrastructural services
Qualified analysis of the real estate market
Preparation/management of rental and service contracts as well as independent cost/economic calculations
Independent planning and monitoring of maintenance measures including budget responsibility
Independent commercial processing of tasks arising in building operations and support of users
Evaluation of properties

What you bring with you:

Completed training as a real estate clerk (m/f/d), desirable with several years of professional experience
Additional qualification as a real estate specialist or comparable qualification, e.g. degree in real estate management
