What awaits you:

Coordination and project management of the annual seminar planning.
Sparring partner for executives, employees, and customers in search of suitable training.
Recruiting external training service providers/speakers.
Research, development, conception, and promotion of new seminar topics and further training measures.
Seminar management: training coordination, participant management, and followup of further training measures and inhouse seminars.
Conception, support, and followup of consulting mandates.
Education controlling (evaluations/analyses).
Standardization and optimization of processes.

What we expect:

Dual training or business studies ideally with knowledge in the field of legal occupational safety.
Good communication skills.
