Our client is a long-established production and construction company and one of the market leaders in its industry. With over 2,000 employees in production and service, the company operates from multiple locations in Germany.

We are looking for a professional leader for the human resources department at the company headquarters on the north-western outskirts of Hamburg.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating all HR issues and managing a team of 45 HR employees in the support area
Advising and supporting management and executives on all HR matters
Expanding and developing personnel development for the company headquarters and implementing PE programs in branch offices
Independently preparing and implementing individual personnel measures
Collaborating with works council committees and developing works agreements
Developing personnel policy concepts and proposing solutions
Actively participating in HRrelated projects

Qualifications:

Completed university degree with a focus on human resources or a similar qualifying education
Relevant professional experience in human resources, preferably with a background in personnel development
Minimum of 45 years of experience as an HR manager or team leader in human resources or personnel development
Good knowledge of labor law
Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a team
Independence, responsibility, and resilience
High level of customer service orientation
