- Safely operates radiographic, fluoroscopic, and darkroom equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of the body according to department standards.
- Operates under the direction of the Radiology Manager.
- Prevents unnecessary radiation exposure to both themselves, the patient and other staff members.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
- Correctly positions the patient while adjusting the imaging equipment to the specified position.
- Follows instruction from the acting Physician regarding which area of the patient's body requires imaging.
- Circumstances may arise where operation of the C-arm is needed
- Performs other duties as needed.

- Current BLS certification
- AART certification is preferred

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Technician to assist in providing patient care second to none This position provides technical radiographic services for a variety of technical procedures that require application of prescribed ionizing radiation techniques.
