As a medium-sized group with over 1,600 employees at more than 90 locations, we have multiple trading companies, 6 logistics centers, and over 40 inspiring bathroom showrooms.

Take a first look into the world of Elmer here. We offer a qualified two or three-year apprenticeship at one of our six logistics centers.

You will rotate through the departments of shipping, receiving, and pick-up warehouse, gaining practical experience and taking on responsible tasks and projects.

Experienced trainers will guide you throughout your apprenticeship, providing theoretical knowledge and practical skills for your future career. Internal training sessions with other apprentices will give you insights into all departments of the company. Specialized instructors will also prepare you for your exams, ensuring a successful completion. And what comes after? Good apprentices make great employees. After successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can look forward to a permanent position with us.
