The "dopa Entwicklungsgesellschaft für Oberflächenbearbeitungstechnologie mbH" has been developing and producing diamond tools, aids and consumables, as well as machines for the production of precision optical components for almost 30 years.


With the help of dopa tools and technologies, demanding materials such as optical glass, crystals, ceramics, metals and special materials are processed.

The products produced with these tools and technologies are characterized by the highest precision in surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

At our location in Berlin Hohenschönhausen, we are a team of over 130 employees.

To expand our team, we are currently looking for a
Production Employee Optics (m/f/d).

Your Profile - We value your skills:

  • You are not afraid to learn something new
  • You work meticulously, precisely and are very detailoriented
  • You can concentrate for a longer period of time
  • You have good fine motor skills
  • You work independently and are selfmotivated
  • You are not afraid to make decisions
  • You are flexible and can adapt to new situations
  • You have good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least B1 level)


If you have previous experience working with optics, whether in production or sales, that is advantageous but not necessarily required.

We will provide comprehensive training.


What the job entails:


  • You process (grind and polish) the optics using single and double disc machines
