- Experience working across multiple business functions (e.g. finance, consulting, marketing, operations) [Preferred]
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Years of relevant work experience: minimum 6 years
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, finance, accounting, or other relevant field [Preferred]

About the Project Manager Role:
Hearthside will become the world's most trusted partner in food, and this transformative growth is enabled by numerous large-scale initiatives that Hearthside's Transformation PMO manages.
Hearthside is looking for a PMO manager who will ensure that Hearthside's Transformational programs follow the same rigor by facilitating collaboration among our teams and by providing transparency to our leaders.
Our transformational initiatives are dynamic, which means we need an experienced partner who is comfortable with ambiguity, experienced across various functions, and has executed or managed complex projects.
This is a hybrid role out of our Downers Grove corporate office.Job Duties:
