Vehicle Dispatcher (m/f/d) for an automotive group in Strykersville, NY

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Dispatching of vehicles
  • Processing vehicle orders and transactions
  • Timely preparation of necessary documents for vehicle sales
  • Invoicing
  • Managing and maintaining vehicle inventory and data
  • Administration and maintenance of vehicle files
  • Inventory management

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Independent and flexible working style
  • Professional experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Good knowledge of IT systems
  • High resilience, responsibility, and reliability
  • Business acumen
  • Reliability and professional work ethic
