Site Manager | Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Building Cleaning | Full-time in the Marburg-Gießen area

Your challenge with us:
- Managing, instructing, and directing your cleaning teams, including scheduling and documentation
- Ensuring the delivery of contracted services, including documentation and quality control
- Responsibility for budget compliance and providing entrepreneurial input
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, such as expanding WISAG's service offerings in your assigned locations
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
You will be responsible for various interesting locations in the Marburg-Gießen area.

Several years of experience in the service or facility management industry, or in building cleaning
- Experience in managing employees
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Office) and basic commercial knowledge
