Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the client for a 24hour period
  • Support in daily work and leisure activities
  • Accompanying participation in community and cultural life
  • Performing nursing measures
  • Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Household management and organization according to the client's needs
  • Assistance with accessing medical/therapeutic services
  • Assisting with organizing necessary aids and medication
  • Building a strong and empathetic working relationship
  • Careful documentation of nursing measures
  • Coordination of work schedules and information exchange within the team
