For our client, an international company in the field of technology and IT services based in Munich, we are currently looking for a:

HR Generalist (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time:

Your main tasks will include:

  • Acting as a consultant for executives in terms of employee communication and leadership,
  • Designing and implementing new innovative HR strategies,
  • Creating and analyzing strategic processes for employee development and participating in their implementation,
  • Planning trainings and employee events,
  • Handling administrative HR tasks, such as creating references and documents and maintaining employee data,
  • Conducting performance and employee conversations, as well as managing on and offboarding processes,
  • Developing and implementing recruiting strategies.

Your qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business/economics, psychology with a focus on HR, or a comparable education in a related field,
  • Several years of professional experience in HR or project management,
  • Knowledge of labor, social, and insurance law,
  • You possess strong communication skills and interpersonal competence,
  • You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks,
  • You have a confident and professional demeanor in negotiations.
