YOUR TASKS

  • Preparation and sending of offers
  • Acceptance and processing of customer orders
  • Sending order confirmations and invoices
  • Tracking deadlines
  • Continuous communication with customers, field staff, and departments
  • Recording and forwarding of complaints

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
  • Experience in order processing and customer service
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent way of working
