Your Responsibilities
- Support a defined group of individuals from entry to exit
- Responsible for correct hiring and reclassification of employees, including creating contracts and other documents
- Maintain time management system and personnel data in SAP HCM
- Ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations and processes
- Act as a liaison between payroll, labor law, and personnel development departments
- This position is parttime with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Your Profile - Completed commercial education, with experience in human resources preferred
- Independent and responsible work ethic, with a willingness to take on tasks
- Knowledge of labor, social, works council, and collective bargaining law
- Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with SAP HCM and a time management system
- Reliability and absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling personal data
