Your Responsibilities

  • Support a defined group of individuals from entry to exit
  • Responsible for correct hiring and reclassification of employees, including creating contracts and other documents
  • Maintain time management system and personnel data in SAP HCM
  • Ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations and processes
  • Act as a liaison between payroll, labor law, and personnel development departments
  • This position is parttime with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

    Your Profile
  • Completed commercial education, with experience in human resources preferred
  • Independent and responsible work ethic, with a willingness to take on tasks
  • Knowledge of labor, social, works council, and collective bargaining law
  • Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with SAP HCM and a time management system
  • Reliability and absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling personal data
