Your new job

You manage the entire recruitment process and ensure an optimal candidate experience, where the applicants always come first
You work together with the departments to create job postings and conduct interviews to find the best talents for the company
You enjoy finding the right talents through targeted active sourcing and actively contribute to employer branding
You support in mentoring our apprentices, including working with training officers and relevant authorities
You are also responsible for maintaining and developing our applicant management system, Umantis
In addition, you support the HR admin team with all administrative and organizational tasks
