Our client provides an online payment service for cashless domestic and international transfers.

We are looking for telephone operators (m/f/d) who can assist customers with all their inquiries in a friendly and patient manner.

Your tasks:

Main point of contact for businesses and private customers regarding online banking inquiries
Competent support for online banking
Handling customer inquiries on the hotline (via phone or in writing)
Assistance with various transfer options for domestic and international transactions
Help with setting up/activating business or private customer accounts
Assistance with granting permissions, passwords, and changes to master data
Support with verification (identity check)
Receiving customer complaints
Assisting with resolving disputes between buyers and sellers
Support with setting up functionalities and personal settings

Your profile:

Ideally completed vocational training in a commercial field
Experience in customer service and online banking
Affinity for IT, solid MS Office skills, and knowledge of English are advantageous
Communicative, teamoriented, serviceoriented, and solutionoriented
