Department Manager (m/f/d) - Trendhaus

Your responsibilities:

  • In your role, you will be responsible for the personnel, organizational, and commercial management of our furniture department, Trendhaus.
  • You will work closely with the personnel development team to ensure that your employees receive the best possible training and development, contributing to their personal success and the success of the department.
  • Achieving agreed sales and budget targets is your responsibility, for which you will use your expertise and strategic thinking.
  • You will be actively involved in customer consultation and will also be the first point of contact for your employees throughout the sales process.
  • Ensuring correct orders and customer satisfaction are also part of your responsibilities.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, providing you with a solid foundation for this position.
  • Ideally, you already have experience as a department manager, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Your leadership skills are welldeveloped, and you know how to create a motivating work environment.
  • Good communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with your team and other departments.
