A NICE TEAM IN WORK PREPARATION URGENTLY NEEDS SUPPORT


Our client, a renowned company based in Geseke, which specializes in the development, production, and distribution of electronic control devices for industry and horticulture, is currently seeking a team member (m/f/d) for work preparation/production planning as part of "Testing & Setting" to join their team as soon as possible.

The position is long-term and will be filled as a full-time position (40 hours). If you want to play a key role in optimizing production processes, then take this opportunity and apply. We look forward to getting to know you.


Your responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating production plans, taking into account material availability, machine utilization, and production capacities
  • Monitoring and coordinating production processes to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production planning and work preparation
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products

Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering, production management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in production planning or work preparation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in using production planning software and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
