The municipal utility company Stadtwerke Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale is a public service enterprise owned by the city of Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale. We provide electricity and water supply services in the city area. Our business also includes the NESSI city bus line and the Triamare sports and leisure pool.

We are currently seeking a full-time and permanent employee in the electricity network operation (m|f|d) to join our team as soon as possible.

What to expect:

  • Assisting our customers with inquiries and applications related to electromobility, heat pumps, and self-generated electricity
  • Reviewing and processing contract and master data from our customers in our IT system
  • Handling written and telephone inquiries and preparing response letters for our customers
  • Reviewing technical data for our customers' power generation systems in the system
  • Supporting our electricians with the necessary metering concepts and components in coordination with the network technology department
  • Price maintenance, creating statistics, and participating in the annual financial statements

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training
    or equivalent professional experience
  • Technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
