Your responsibilities:


  • Independent planning, control, and execution of highquality and technically demanding SF construction projects, taking into account and adhering to technical, contractual, and economic requirements
  • Overall responsibility for cost, quality, and schedule management of the project, from proposal processing to completion of warranty
  • Management, coordination, and leadership of the project team as well as internal and external project participants
  • Responsibility for controlling and complete and accurate internal and external reporting
  • Commissioning, coordination, and evaluation of subcontractors, as well as negotiation with clients and subcontractors
  • Contact person and point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and authorities

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the execution of complex construction projects in the field of building construction
  • Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations, including calculation, tendering, and awarding
  • Proficient in ARRIBA/i
