Description

For our clients, we are looking for educators (m/f/d) who enjoy taking on the roles of fairies, pirates, comforters, sandcastle builders, and heroes while teaching the first fundamental steps of independence.
If you are an educator (m/f/d) or special needs educator (m/f/d) and would like to work with children aged 0-6 in Bremen, then you have come to the right place.

Your tasks:

You are passionate about teaching children of all ages valuable educational content, teaching them social skills, and promoting their independence
You help children become as independent as possible in everyday situations and integrate into their peer group
Organize and design daily activities for the group and help children discover the world through play
Create a loving and warm working atmosphere with structured work processes
Contribute to close collaboration with parents and colleagues

We offer:

An above-average hourly rate of at least €21 up to €24, plus Christmas and vacation bonuses
Employment in part-time (30 hours per week) or full-time with an unlimited contract and no weekend shifts
30 days of vacation and flexible scheduling of work and leisure time through the time compensation
