What are we looking for?


We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and passionate Barista - someone who works professionally, enjoys their job, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn and grow.

Above all, we want our customers to receive delicious, well-presented coffee and food that is prepared with the utmost care, consistency, and quality.


Responsibilities:

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in highvolume, customerfocused service preferably in the specialty coffee industry
  • You are able to clean during operation and remain calm and organized during busy periods
  • You have experience in all service areas, such as cash register, table service, and espresso machine operation
  • You have strong organizational skills and are willing to contribute to our team by following our systems and schedules
  • Willingness to learn new service and coffee styles
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail and focus
  • Experience with cleanliness and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

Mandatory employment requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week, including one weekend shift
  • Minimum B1 level in German
  • Strong command of English language, both written and spoken
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Barista in specialty coffee
