Your responsibilities:

You will be the direct point of contact for customers and handle all incoming inquiries from our established clients (inbound only)
You will provide advice to customers on specific products and services
You will handle all questions related to our product range
You will process orders and collect customer data
You will be a competent contact for all incoming complaints

Your profile:

You are based in Germany
You have a strong customer service orientation and work reliably and independently
You are flexible with your time and can work reliably from home during varying hours

The salary starts from 15 euros per hour.
