We offer modern work opportunities for apprentices (m/f/d), hairdressers and master hairdressers in Smithville, OH. As a salon manager (m/f/d), you will be coached by area managers (m/f/d) in your tasks. You will have the full support of the headquarters of Germany's largest chain of hair salons.

Your responsibilities

Leading and developing your team both professionally and personally
Setting and defining goals with each team member based on company objectives and visions (with support from area management)
Working independently, in a structured and goaloriented manner
Contributing your own ideas for the salon's development

Your qualifications

Completed training as a hairdresser (m/f/d) and practical experience in the hairdressing industry
Ideally, a master's certificate in hairdressing
Value customerfriendly and customeroriented thinking and actions, as well as exceptional team spirit and reliability
