Our offer:
Care professional with the perspective of deputy nursing service management (m/f/d) for our day care center in Lichtenberg

We are a non-profit society for needs-oriented care with heart and expertise in our senior day care center as well as in our ambulatory (including gerontopsychiatric) nursing services and senior living communities in the districts of Berlin.

The position is full-time with a weekly working time of 40.0 hours. The position is permanent, with the desire for a long-term cooperation.

Your responsibilities:
- designing the daily routine and caring for our day guests
- providing needs-based basic and treatment care
- managing care documentation
- maintaining or restoring the maximum independence of our day guests through targeted participation in measures of prevention, rehabilitation, and aftercare
- coordinating with doctors and hospitals in case of necessary clarification of care orders and care processes in consultation
