Are you looking for a new job opportunity?


We are currently seeking a full-time
Customer Service Representative for our
international client located in the heart of the Ruhr region in
Dortmund.


What to expect:


  • Processing of orders and providing customer support in English and German
  • Handling of customerspecific planning
  • Tracking of deadlines and preparation of documents for transport insurance
  • Processing of complaints and issuing credits
  • Creation of statistics and evaluations
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Invoicing and creating invoices
  • Collaboration with the sales team
  • Backoffice tasks, including support for the Key Account Manager

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training, such as office clerk or industrial clerk
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to read and analyze statistics
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and German

What we offer:


  • Monthly gross salary of 3, ,200.00 EUR according to iGZDGB collective agreement
