  • Property and Casualty / Life and Health (or ability to acquire asap):

Engage with prospective insurance customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized needs based insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements

  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team retention and sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
  • Consultative Selling: Conducting indepth consultations with customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new insurance and financial services business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
