AV Project Manager

Location:
Dallas/ Fort Worth/ Austin/San Antonio, TX

Duration:
Long Term

Brief Description:


  • Coordinate project scopes to ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.
  • Manage staffing and procure necessary tools for projects.
  • Order materials promptly and maintain project inventory.
  • Track labor and material costs, invoicing for cash flow optimization.
  • Utilize tools to direct field personnel and ensure schedule adherence.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in the AV industry.
  • Provide technical support to field personnel.
  • Approve material invoices and technician timesheets.
  • Handle change order pricing and conduct onsite inspections.
  • Complete required closeout documentation.
  • Develop and manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial AV.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and scopes of work.
  • Design and program GUI and Control Interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

Audio Visual: 5 years (preferred)

  • Blueprint reading: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Austin, TX 78701: Relocate before starting work (required)
