Production Analyst

Owings Mills, MD 21117

Duration:
Contract (6 months)

Requirements:


Ability to demonstrate solid knowledge in at least one programming language and/or scripting language through work or educational background (Python, PowerShell, Unix shell, etc.) + ability to write basic SQL statements; solid knowledge of SFTP (secure file transfer protocol).

Requires working and conceptual knowledge of various technical domains (Windows, Unix, Scripting, AWS, Splunk)

Is adaptable and able to learn quickly

Shows ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Possesses strong interpersonal skills, as well as, verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of Automated Scheduler (e.g. Autosys) and batch support preferred

Basic understanding of DNS and Load Balancer concepts preferred

Basic understanding of Disaster recovery preferred


Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

Production Support: 4 years (required)

  • Application support: 3 years (required)
  • PowerShell: 3 years (required)
  • UNIX: 3 years (required)
  • SFTP: 2 years (required)
  • SQL: 2 years (preferred)
  • Disaster recovery: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Owings Mills, MD required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Owings Mills, MD 21117: Relocate before starting work (required)
