Assistant Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing all operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Maintaining strong relationships with customers, adding value to their business, increasing customer loyalty, and exploring additional opportunities for organic growth
Prioritizing personnel selection, scheduling, and management, as well as employee motivation and development
Reporting, budget monitoring, and optimization
Building a diverse and highperforming team
Demonstrating integrity, transparency, trust, and a commitment to excellence
Contributing your expertise and ideas to help grow the business

Your qualifications:

Completed training in the hospitality or hotel industry, ideally as a chef (m/f/d)
Previous work experience is desirable, but we also offer training for entrylevel candidates
Knowledge of current food trends and a passion for implementing them
Strong numerical skills and the ability to use them effectively
A focus on customer satisfaction and safety
Excellent written and verbal
