Responsibilities:

Your tasks include all cashiering processes (cash payments, debit card payments, cancellations). In addition, you will handle financing and customer inquiries by phone and in-store. You will create receipts and invoices and handle returns and refunds. In the service department, you will also handle product complaints, repair orders, and spare part orders.
