Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) - Focus on Labor Law


The Diakonisches Werk Wolfsburg gemeinnützige GmbH is a successful provider of facilities for elderly and youth care as well as various social services.


We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) with a focus on labor law to join our team. As an internal and external service provider, you will work together with the HR team as a catalyst for change processes within the company. In your role, you will work closely and collaboratively with various stakeholders to find a balance of interests.

Your responsibilities


Utilize your holistic view of our company to work with our HR team to further optimize the success and professionalism of our personnel services and development.


  • You will act as an internal consultant and sparring partner for our managers on all labor and collective law matters.
  • In your role, you will manage all codetermination issues at the interface with employee representation.
  • You will support our managers in all labor law matters, including responsibility for legal and nonlegal labor disputes.
  • You will negotiate collective agreements between the company's interests and those of our employees.
  • As a catalyst, you will play a key role in implementing new HR topics within the organization.

Your qualifications and requirements

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in law, human resource management, psychology, or a business degree with a focus on personnel, business law, or a similar field of study
