As a Berlin-based boutique recruitment agency, we are searching on behalf of our client, a tech scale-up in the heart of Berlin, for the right person to fill the position of Teamlead People Operations (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of 35 employees
  • Oversee all operational HR tasks
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Provide guidance to employees on all HRrelated matters
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Continuously improve HR processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Several years of experience in HR, preferably with leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resultsoriented and organized work style
  • Fluent in German, very good English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably Personio
