We are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) in the credit business for a company in Bremen.

Do you want to work as a team leader (m/f/d) in credit consulting?


As a team leader (m/f/d) in credit consulting, you can expect the following tasks:

  • Team management of a team in the area of salesoriented credit consulting
  • Close cooperation and regular exchange with the location management
  • Professional and personal development of the team, e.g. through coaching
  • Participation in daily operations, management of inbound & outbound calls
  • Training of new employees (m/f/d)
  • Implementation of new market and legal requirements
  • Participation in the further development and optimization of processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training in the financial services sector, ideally as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably in telephone or branch sales or in field sales
  • High social competence and sense of responsibility
  • Assertiveness and communication skills
  • Structured and resultsoriented way of working
  • Quick comprehension and strong understanding of processes
  • High level of ambition and commitment
