YOUR TASKS:

You are familiar with the job market and regional competitors in the greater Stockach area.
You have the ability to turn this knowledge into a suitable business strategy and sustainable business success.
You are responsible for contract negotiations and finalizing contracts.
Independent organization of applicant management, recruitment, interviews, and hiring.
