Your tasks:

You will be responsible for conceptual, execution and detailed planning
You will handle tendering, awarding, construction supervision and billing
You will monitor costs, deadlines and quality
You will coordinate external specialist engineers
You will conduct customer meetings and maintain relationships with long-standing clients

Your profile:

Completed university or technical college degree in architecture
Extensive professional experience in planning and execution of new buildings, renovations, refurbishments and repairs in the areas of industrial and administrative construction as well as project management
Legal knowledge in construction, planning, procurement and contract law as well as experience in all phases of the HOAI (focus on Lph 5-
