As an active partner of the management in the control of the company from an operational perspective, you can expect exciting tasks:

  • In close cooperation with sales, customer care and purchasing, you bring the operational perspective into relevant business processes
  • The optimization/automation for significant performance improvement of existing operational processes is also part of your area of responsibility
  • You have operational responsibility for the holistic operations area including production, work preparation, quality assurance, warehouse and shipping
  • Resultsoriented management and control with the aim of highest customer satisfaction (measured by ontime delivery, backlog and quality)
  • Initiation, management and goaloriented achievement of resultrelevant improvement measures regarding safety, quality
