Description

Responsibilities

Analyze workforce data for strategic staffing purposes
Present data using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Collect and analyze employment data and historical statistical records
Prepare reports to meet HR Compliance regulations including EEOC reports
Summarize and present results of workforce analysis findings to management
Conduct adverse impact analysis on selection tools
Conduct Census comparisons by title categories for workforce utilization report
Conduct interrater reliability analysis
Develop structured interview forms based on job analysis information

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or related field

or

Enrollment in a Master's program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or related field and one-year of related work experience

Advanced statistical analysis skills such as multivariate regression analysis using SPSS preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts); PowerPoint; Word
Data visualization experience (e.g., Power BI) preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in data management
Strong work ethic; ability to work collaboratively and individually on projects
Must demonstrate sensitivity and discretion regarding confidential information
