As Financial Software Architects, we develop a smart SaaS solution under our brand Envoria, which enables companies to efficiently and transparently implement the new requirements.

As part of our growth, we are now looking for an experienced
ESG Team Lead
(m/f/d) who will act as an empathetic team leader and take care of sustainability strategies, project management, personnel planning, and the development and maintenance of customer relationships.

This position can be fully managed from a home office in Germany

Your tasks:

You will lead a motivated team of 8 members, including seniors, juniors, and student workers, and support them with advice and guidance while continuously developing their skills.
You will manage all consulting and implementation projects and take care of resource planning.
You will design sustainability strategies for our clients from concept to implementation and support them in implementing and complying with regulations.
You will translate ESG standards and regulations such as GRI, GHG Protocol, CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy into requirements for our product development.
