YOUR TASKS:

  • Performing traditional administrative and organizational tasks, such as processing orders, creating personnel files, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, tracking inventory, and recording receipts.
  • Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Composing letters, emails, notes, and minutes.
  • Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters.
  • Assisting with event management by organizing travel and seminars.
