WANTED:
Employee (m/f/d) for the Back Office Department in Troy, ID
We are a young, motivated team and we are looking for an organizational and planning talent to support us in optimizing business processes and managing the administrative aspects of coaching and construction projects.
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing traditional administrative and organizational tasks, such as processing orders, creating personnel files, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, tracking inventory, and recording receipts.
- Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Composing letters, emails, notes, and minutes.
- Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters.
- Assisting with event management by organizing travel and seminars.
