As the Human Resources Coordinator for Pivotal, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes .

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Ensure that every candidate has a positive experience with Pivotal regardless of hiring outcome
Greet and host onsite candidates, ensuring a seamless interview experience
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation program
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
Administrative Tasks
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
Benefits Administration
Support the administration of employee benefits programs
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
Training and Development
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
HR Projects
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR coordination or related roles is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Experience with scheduling interviews in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to last minute scheduling changes
Accuracy and attention to detail in handling HR processes and documentation
Ability to work well with employees at all levels and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Lever) and G-suite
Enthusiasm for learning new productivity tools and workflows
Ability to identify and address HR-related issues effectively
Applicants must be eligible for employment in the United States and willing to work onsite at our HQ office in Palo Alto, CA.
