Join our subsidiary TotalEnergies Marketing Deutschland GmbH in Berlin
Our subsidiary will undergo a major split of its activities in 2023 and a reorganization of the remaining activities. The HR department plays a key role in preparing and implementing this operation.

  • As a Human Resources Officer, your missions will be as follows:
  • Training:
  • Training followup plan: actions and communication with employees to increase participation rates, communication with training organization;
  • Linguistic tandem project: communication, search for tandem partners, cooperation with French colleagues;
  • Collaboration on tenders and intern projects;
  • Administrative and organizational tasks, such as updating the database.
  • Support to HR operational teams in all employee support actions related to changing employers.
  • Support to Compensation and Benefits teams.
  • Expatriates & Impatriates:
  • Support to the relocation process;
  • Welcoming new impatriates in Germany;
  • Cooperation with the headquarters located in France;
  • Point of contact for questions, house visits, and rent subletting;
  • Recruitment:
  • Support to the recruitment process to find new employees;
  • Optimization of the recruitment process;
  • Optimization of the Employer Branding strategy;
