We are looking for you as a long-term colleague with a 24-month employment contract.


Your tasks:


  • Competent handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone with the aim of placing products (mobile, TV, internet) with a focus on closing sales
  • Providing information about products, prices, or tariffs of our clients, including actively offering products and services, as well as processing orders through a hotline (up and crossselling)
  • Increasing customer satisfaction through solutionoriented sales of inquiries
  • Forwarding customer concerns to the appropriate departments

Your profile:


  • A completed high school education opens our doors for you
  • Ideally, you have already worked in sales and know what it takes selfconfidence, stress resistance, diligence, and perseverance
  • As a team player, you bring a positive attitude to work and towards customers
  • PC skills
  • Flexible availability for shifts
