At our Mattoon location, we are a team of 40 people in the field of tax consulting and auditing.

The main activities of the tax department include taking over financial accounting, payroll accounting, preparing annual financial statements, and tax returns for companies, as well as providing tax advice for businesses.


YOUR TASKS

  • You will handle financial accounting, including reporting, monitoring open items, and preparing fixed asset accounting for commercial clients.
  • Correspondence with clients and the tax office.
  • You will review tax assessments and prepare legal remedies.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or you are looking to (re)enter the workforce.
  • You have knowledge in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax law.
  • Proficiency in DATEV and good MS Office skills are also advantageous.
  • You are characterized by a structured, independent, reliable, and teamoriented way of working.
