The Profesco GmbH is a leading provider of health and education services in the field of professional personality development, as well as psychological and health stabilization, with over 20 locations.

We are looking for coaches to support us at our location in Schorndorf, starting immediately.


Responsibilities:


The main focus is to support participants in measures for activation and reintegration in the areas of vocational orientation, health limitations, psychological stress, and their impact on their new or reintegration into the labor market.

We view the individual holistically, taking into account all areas of their life, as only then can job seekers find a long-term job that fits their personality and health status.


In detail, this means:


  • Individual development of personal, health, and vocational requirements
  • Counseling, support, and activation in coping with existing limitations, including regional support services
  • Identification of personal support needs such as municipal integration services, healthpromoting offers, counseling services, and development of possible educational paths and longterm perspectives, taking into account health limitations
  • Coaching to support entry into the labor market
  • Documentation of the counseling process and results
  • Coordination with employees of counseling centers, funding agencies, and the job center
The target group is people with health limitations and psychological barriers, mainly from the SGB II sector.
