We are currently seeking employees (m/f/d) for a permanent position with our client in Sweetwater, NJ.

Their dedicated employees ensure the company's growth through their strong focus on service. We are looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a Service Agent (m/f/d) for online banking.

THIS POSITION CAN BE PERFORMED REMOTELY - within a 100 km radius of Berlin.


Responsibilities:


The main focus of this role is to provide optimal support to bank customers and prospects through competent and needs-based services.

As a Service Agent (m/f/d), you will handle incoming inquiries from private customers and prospects and process requested banking services.

You will also provide general information on all bank products and handle complaints and grievances.
