Description
8+ years of experience in in deploying and supporting the PlainID Authorization Platform, responsible for ensuring successful implementations, providing advanced technical support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
General Description
- Implement and configure the PlainID Authorization Platform according to clients' requirements and specifications.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to PlainID implementations and test the policies based on the business requirement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, configuration instructions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Lead and guide support teams in resolving complex issues and architecting effective solutions.
- Stay uptodate on the latest PlainID features, updates, and best practices to provide proactive support and guidance to clients.
Technical Requirements
- Experience in implementing and configuring the PlainID Authorization Platform or similar Authorization solutions is essential. This includes a deep understanding of PlainID's features, functionality, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge and handson experience in authorization solution and understanding of roles, policies and groups for the configuration of authorization policies based on different conditions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automating tasks, customization, and integration efforts within the PlainID environment.
- Familiarity with cloudbased IAM platforms such as Azure Active Directory, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud IAM, and their integration capabilities with PlainID.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulations.
- Experience in implementing access governance controls within PlainID.
