For the Department 04 Construction and Technology, Building Owners' Representation, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

As a project manager, you will take on the building owner's tasks during the planning and implementation of construction projects.

This includes, among other things, the installation of medical equipment, station renovations, the implementation of appointment commitments, and individual investment measures.

Your main task is the economic and efficient implementation of these projects through all phases of performance.

As a building owner's representative, you will act as a liaison between the department heads of the individual departments and the executive board to determine the annual project goals and budgets.

We need your support in these areas:
