Residential Area Manager (m/f/d)

for our senior center "Am Schützenhaus" in Breitengüßbach, starting as soon as possible.

Full-time (38.5 hours/week)

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing the care process for residents in the assigned residential area and regular evaluation
  • Providing professional advice, support, and guidance to employees in the residential area
  • Adequate communication and cooperation with external customers and service providers
  • Participation in the content and organizational design of the facility
  • Shift planning and implementation of care and employee visits

What we expect from you:

  • Completed vocational training in geriatric care or nursing
  • Completed training as a residential area manager (desirable
